STORE POLICY

Manufacturer Warranty:

Please report any manufacturer defects immediately by calling (831)975-4595 and sending digital photos. Our manufacturer warranty covers ANY manufacturer defects. Meaning if the item(s) arrive damaged we will replace them for free or give you a store credit of the amount of the damaged item. 

 

The photos of the damage will be evaluated by our manager to make sure this is damage caused by our manufacturer and not the consumer(you). We will only replace items with manufacturer defects and we will decline any reports of damage that were caused by the consumer and not our manufacturers.

 

Manufacturer warranty DOES NOT mean you have 30 days to return or exchange your product. (PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS POLICY)

Cancellations:

Once NavarrosFurniture.com places an order with the Manufacturer, we become financially obligated with them, so a fee of 35% of the purchase price will be assessed ( re-stocking fee ) in the case of Seller approved returns only.  ( plus delivery charge - both ways - if any ). 


Any credit card dispute will hold a 35% cancellation fee that you agree to by using this site. In the case you need to cancel your order please let our staff know ASAP.

Returns/exchanges

NavarrosFurniture.com does not accept any returns or exchanges or issues refunds. If for whatever reason the furniture comes damaged or is missing a piece, 
we will replace the damaged item or missing piece. All items sold on NavarrosFurniture.com are sold as all sales are final.
